 This is Casa Liberica, owned by Edison Subala.

A native of the Philippines and currently taking up BS Chemistry at the University of Santo Tomas. A full pledged coffee lover, and with my love and enthusiasm for coffee, I see the potential on this coffee bean. This blogsite is made to give you information on different kinds of coffee concoctions, review of different coffee shops,  review of different coffee equipments and most of all, we will do our very best to provide you information about the Philippines' finest coffee bean, the "Kapeng Barako".

Mission: Our mission is to help and relive the coffee industry here in the Philippines while serving every Filipino's table the best coffee bean that they deserve. In addition, as we penetrate the global market, we will thrive to further enhance and nurture what we have started to give the finest "Barako" coffee that the global market demands.We will do our very best to share these little wonders of the Philippines while protecting the ecosystems and the whole world.

Vision: We envision to be relevant here in the world wide web after 3-4 months and penetrate the local market here in the Philippines by 2013.

As of now, we only cater "Barako Coffee" but we will soon offer you blends that contain this prestigious bean.
